We appreciate your interest in shopping through our webshop. Below you will find a list of answers to all your questions regarding shipping.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days depending on demand for the product(s) ordered. Please note that there is no shipping on weekends and holidays.

In addition, shipping may be delayed by a few days for large order quantities. However, if there are delays, we will notify you by e-mail. We request that you give us sufficient time to fulfill our obligations in this matter.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is minimum 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delays are also to be expected due to the pandemic we are all facing worldwide. We respect and follow the new protocols and procedures for couriers and airport customs. However, sometimes delays can occur, especially during the holiday season, which is to be expected due to high customer demand for orders.

CONFIRMATION OF SHIPPING

The shipping confirmation, together with the tracking number(s), will be sent by the sender by email once the order has been processed in the system.

RETURN COSTS

All items returned to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that you must first request the return slip from customer service info@innovay.nl before sending the goods back for further processing. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible in case of loss or damage during return.

INJURY

Innovay is responsible for any damage or loss of products during shipping. If the received order is not in good condition, damaged or the packaging is torn, you must contact our customer service info@innovay.nl and provide us with a photo of the package and contact the courier company responsible for handling your package.

All packaging materials and damaged goods must be retained for the purpose of filing a claim.
